Deep Dish Attempt #2


 Tried making deep dish pizza again. This time we used a crust recipe I got from searching for deep dish pizza recipes. We rolled out the crust before putting it in the pan, and it worked a lot better. But the crust was too thick, so we need to make less crust less time. This pizza had Italian sausage, hot links, and leftover shredded pork for the meat. We also put in diced tomatoes, olives, green onions, green pepper, and mozzarella cheese. And tomato sauce. I also put some mozzarella cheese on the top (and we sprinkled some herbs on the top too). We baked it for 25-30 minutes.
It actually stayed somewhat together when we cut it! 
Too much crust, but the filling was really good.
